**Salary**:Basic 1,244 euro net p/m plus bonus potential averge between 200 EUR to 350 EUR gross pm.

**The company**

Are you a fluent Flemish speaker who like being in a sales job? Do you thrive working towards targets? If so, then we have a new exciting opportunity with our outsourcing partner client in Bulgaria: Flemish speaking Outbound Sales Agent. The role will be based in their office in the Bulgarian capital Sofia, but can be done in a hybrid format after the initial training. Sofia is a largely modern and youthful city and has some fantastic museums, galleries, restaurants and clubs. It also lays on the foot of the Vitosha Mountain which gives plenty of opportunities for skiing and hiking

**The role**

This is an outbound sales role where you will represent a Belgian energy supplier. You will be calling prospects via a delivered database and your calls contain a mix of cold and warm leads. With active listening skills, you will get to understand the sales opportunities based on the needs of the client and will convince the prospect to sign an energy contract and will will arrange the digital contract signing. Besides this you will take the opportunity to up and cross-sell any other products and/or services such as energy control monitors, boiler maintenance etc.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in Flemish both written and spoken
- Good command of English
- Eager to learn
- Highly motivated, driven and adaptable

**Salary and Benefits**

There is an excellent relocation package on offer which includes initial flight to Sofia, few days hotel on arrival and assistance with finding your own accommodation. Excellent career progression opportunities in a growing company. The basic net salary is around 1,244 euro net p/m with additional monthly bonus potential.
