**Your Role**
- Integrating user interfaces with server logic.
- Creating servers and databases.
- Implementing security measures and data storage solutions.
- Developing APIs and participating in software design.
- Leading projects as needed, maintaining code integrity, and writing technical documentation.
- Analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting back-end processes.

**Who We Think You Are**
- You are proficient with back-end languages and frameworks like Java, PHP, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- You have a strong understanding of the web development cycle, programming techniques, and tools.
- You are familiar with database technologies such as Oracle and MongoDB.
- You know how to use code versioning tools like Git or SVN.

**Nice to Haves (Not Indispensable)**
- Communication Skills: Ability to participate fluently in multi-lingual meetings in English and French.

**Level of Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of higher education
