**About this vacancy**:
Business Development
- Create and develop your own entity in the logistics & supply chain industry.
- Develop and manage your customer portfolio in life sciences

Recruitment
- Identify and recruit the engineers who will join your team
- Collaborate with the HRBP team to find the most suitable employeneurs for TMC

People Management
- Manage your team of consultants (career management, monitoring and coaching)

Finance Management
- Manage your budget and finances related to the contract negotiations and salary proposals

**What we expect from you**:

- Graduate of a Master in Business, Economics, Management, Engineering
- You have a first experience in business management
- You speak fluently Dutch and English.
- You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you like to work independently while benefiting from the support of a dynamic and experienced team
- Organized and rigorous, you are a force of proposal as much at the level of commercial management as the management
- Open and dynamic, you are a go-getter and have a sense of challenge
