**As an IT Digital Solution Architect, you are the design authority for software products and platforms we develop or compose across the digital solution spectrum (e.g., web, mobile, IoT, data and AI/ML). You are a trusted thought leader with a hands-on attitude, who thrives on collaboratively solving complex challenges and delivering innovative solutions for our internal and external stakeholders.**

**You will** **contribute** **by**:

Evaluating vendor solution and software architectures, platforms, technologies, and other offerings, and making decision-ready recommendations.
- Enabling fluent implementation and deployment, by closely collaborating with software architects, developers, engineers and other squad members, and guiding them with architectural expertise.
- Co-creating and evangelizing reusable reference architectures, patterns and other artefacts to accelerate time-to-market for new systems, reduce their cost and/or risk.
- Being a trusted thought leader on new technologies, languages and frameworks, architectural styles, patterns and practices. You will collaboratively define strategy, roadmaps, and champion community adoption.
- Driving continuous improvements, internalizing and scaling learnings and best practices.
**Interested? For this position you’ll need the following** **education, experience** **and skills**:

- A Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in end-to-end digital solution design and development, using modern architectural styles, patterns, and practices. Practical knowledge of various backend, frontend and integration techniques, technologies, and languages. Knowledge of data and machine learning engineering is a plus.
- Proven expertise with cloud (native) architectures and well-architected frameworks, including security. Well-rounded knowledge of cloud products and services (Microsoft Azure or other leading platform), and hands-on deployment, automation, and administration experience.
- Good understanding of product management, agile principles, and development methodologies.
- Passion for working in multidisciplinary teams (squads), embracing different perspectives to drive better outcomes. Able to inspire and rally commitment for novel ideas and approaches.
- Strong business acumen, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
