What does the position entail?

As a QA Coordinator, you will supervise the quality aspect of the activity of dispatchers, employees, warehousemen and drivers.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensuring the adherence to the principles of the Quality Manual
- Managing the quality systems
- Drafting documents relating to quality assurance
- Managing the flow of incidents and non-conformities
- Monitoring corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Carrying out internal audits and managing external audits
- Managing staff training
- Preparing the annual management review
- Overseeing all the Quality Department’s operational activities and documents
- Managing Change Control
- Recommending changes to working processes

What are we looking for?
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good verbal and written proficiency in French and English. Dutch and any other language is a plus
- Experience in interacting with senior and middle management and working within / leading cross-functional teams
- Experience in Quality management programs (ISOxxxx,..).
- Good knowledge in general business processes
- Very good reporting skills
- Accurate worker who is able to perform with deadlines
- Teamplayer with a pro-active attitude
