Voor wie ga je werken?
Enerzijds voor het Creative Lab, het intern creatief bureau van VRT. Anderzijds voor de Digitale Redactie. Zij zijn verantwoordelijk voor het platform van VRT MAX en de socialemediakanalen van VRT 1, VRT CANVAS en VRT MAX.
Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team van creatieve digitale profielen, met expertise in vele domeinen van het digitale speelveld: strategie, video, audio, copy, grafiek en sociale media.
Wat ga jij doen?
Je zorgt voor een optimale personeelsplanning. Een doel is een droom met een deadline, toch?
Je brengt structuur en ritme in projecten die vaak parallel lopen, je begeleidt het creatief proces van de redactie.
Je haalt de kern uit een veelheid van informatie, en waar informatie ontbreekt, ga je er actief naar op zoek.
Budgetbeheer is jouw ding. Je bent trots als alle cijfers kloppen en je het maximum uit je budget hebt gehaald.
Je onderhoudt nauw contact met productiehuizen en gezichten.
Je rapporteert regelmatig en spontaan over lopende projecten, en houdt alle stakeholders (vaak zijn dat je collega’s bij de merken) op de hoogte van de status.
Wie ben jij?
Jij weet hoe digitale media gemaakt wordt.
**Je bent thuis in de verschillende facetten van mediaproductie**: kosten, planning, timing, coördinatie, schattingen. Je kijkt goed vooruit, maar reageert ook gepast wanneer plannen anders uitdraaien.
De functie is jou helemaal niet vreemd want je hebt al een paar jaar zo gewerkt
Je bent een teamspeler met zin voor initiatief, die de mouwen met plezier zelf opstroopt.
Je communiceert vlot en helder, zowel gesproken als geschreven, zowel naar het team en leidinggevenden als naar externen.
Je kijkt kritisch naar je eigen werk en dat van anderen, en staat open voor feedback van je collega’s.
Wat krijg jij in return?
Je krijgt een freelance contract op afroep met een duurtijd van 1 jaar. Mogelijks 3-maal verlengbaar met telkens 1 jaar. De concrete data en uren waarop de diensten zullen worden geleverd worden in onderling overleg verder gepreciseerd.
Dit contract biedt geen garantie op minimum aantal opdrachten maar voorziet flexibiliteit waardoor de concrete data waarop de diensten geleverd zullen worden in onderling overleg en op basis van beschikbaarheden afgesproken kunnen worden.
