We're on a mission to make renewable energy accessible to everyone. That's why we're searching for a seasoned Marketing Manager who is not only passionate and results-driven but also loves to make a positive impact on the world.

As our Marketing Manager, you'll be the mastermind behind developing and executing creative marketing strategies for our residential and B2B solar energy projects. You'll work closely with our sales team to generate leads and hit our targets, all while inspiring and leading a team of talented individuals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition for our residential and B2B solar energy projects.
- Collaborate with our sales team to generate leads and ensure we're meeting our targets.
- Manage and lead our marketing team, including a short-form video creator, website developer/graphic designer, and social media marketer.
- Oversee all marketing campaigns, including cold calling, lead generation through Facebook ads and Google ads.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in solar energy marketing and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage and allocate our marketing budget to ensure optimal return on investment.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, influencers, and industry experts.
- Represent our company at industry events and conferences.
- You are the driving force behind a range of digital platforms and tools including the website, marketing automation tool, social media, and our online advertising approach.
- You create strong digital campaigns, critically review campaign briefings, and challenge your colleagues to ensure the campaign structure and flow align with the desired results

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of marketing professionals.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for renewable energy and commitment to our mission.
- Languages: Dutch & English very good and a petit peu of French

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract
