Voor een familiale organisatie actief in de bouw en projectontwikkeling zoekt Pensaert & Partners momenteel naar een **Chief Financial Officer** om hun team te vervoegen en mee te werken aan hun groeiambities. Deze organisatie stelt zo'n 100 mensen tewerk en is jaarlijks goed voor een geconsolideerde omzet van 70 miljoen euro.

**Het takenpakket**: In deze functie zal je de financiële sparringpartner worden van de CEO. De raad van bestuur wilt namelijk de organisatie verder laten groeien met 30%. Je zet hierbij de lijnen uit met betrekking tot deze financiële doelstellingen. Een grip op het takenpakket:
- Je ondersteunt de CEO bij strategische beslissingen.
- Je staat in voor forecasting en budgettering.
- Je waakt over de naleving van de financiële wet
- en regelgeving.
- Je stuurt één chief accountant aan en twee boekhouders.
- Je identificeert financiële risico's en pakt deze proactief aan.
- Op basis van behaalde resultaten maak je analyses op die je rechtstreeks rapporteert aan de raad van bestuur.
- Verder ontferm jij jou over fleet, facility en ESG.
- Je overziet het cash management.
- Je neemt de lead bij M&A dossiers.
**Jouw profiel**:
- ?Je behaalde een Masterdiploma Handelsingenieur, TEW of Handelswetenschappen.
- Bij voorkeur kan je een tiental jaar ervaring voorleggen, waarvan 5 jaar ervaring als Finance Director of CFO.
- Ervaring binnen de bouwsector of projectontwikkeling is een troef maar geen vereiste.
**Het aanbod**:
- Een dagtarief van **€500 - €800 / dag** naargelang jouw ervaring. _Deze functie kan ook uitgevoerd worden in loondienst._
- Een uitdagende functie binnen een financieel gezond bedrijf waar je meteen deel zal uitmaken van het directiecomité.
- Een strategische functie waarbij je rechtstreeks samenwerkt met de CEO en rapporteert aan de raad van bestuur.
