Confidentieel- Voor één van onze klanten zoeken wiji een tijdelijke freelance Payroll Expert. Het bedrijf is actief in Retail. Voor haar hoofdkantoor in Zaventem zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Payroll Expert (m/v/x).- Jobinhoud- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van de payroll van ca. 400 medewerkers (bedienden en arbeiders), in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat (SD Worx) en je collega’s van het payroll-team.
- Verder fungeer je als aanspreekpunt voor de interne medewerkers en het management op vlak van sociale wetgeving, remuneratie en HR-gerelateerde vragen.
- Je staat in voor de rapportering omtrent de personeelsdata (headcount, compensation & benefits, absenteïsme,).
- Daarnaast beheer je de personeelsadministratie zoals sociale documenten, verzekeringen, arbeidsovereenkomsten, updaten van personeelsgegevens, enz.
- Je neemt deel aan diverse payroll gerelateerde HR-projecten.
