At the moment, we have an opportunity for an **Android Developer to work in Leuven.**

Main Activities:
As an Android Developer you’ll be working closely with your colleagues in the mobile app team, as well as with the UX-experts, designers and other project managers.

You’ll develop and maintain a mobile app and you take care of a good integration with the back-end systems, as well as the security guidelines and the build systems of the android-app. As a senior developer you ensure that your colleagues are able to focus on their work and not be hindered by CI/CD, architectural, and internal knowledge problems.

**Required Skills**:
Knowledge of Android SDK (API differences, Android Patterns, Styling,...)
Knowledge of Android development tools
Obfuscation using ProGuard/DexGuard
Android Studio / Debugging
Pro-actively check on Jira board for tickets if low on work
Strong interest in the Mobile ecosystems
Knowledge of CI/CD
Help with configuration of Jenkins
Knowledge of Shell scripting
Docker images
Experience with Android release Process (Google Play, Certificates,...)
Experience with GIT
Experience in agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban)
Who produces clean, easy to read and testable code is priority
Who is able to be on-call during critical periods or in a structured manner
Experience with software architectures such as: o MVP o MVVM
**Fluent English**
