**Job description**

The role is to be located in Belgium (Brussels) or in France (Paris or Cholet) and will require up to 5 0 % of travelling across the region.

**Responsibilities**
- Build deep understanding of customer and stakeholder needs and behaviors.
- Monitor and understand market trends, new regulations and competitor actions
- Define the value proposition by market sub-segment, tailoring it to meet the specific needs and expectations of different stakeholders
- Handover the implementation of the growth plan to the sales directors, who will report on progress and define corrective action s

**Requirements**:

- Experienced Strategy / Marketing / Innovation / Product Development
- A good understanding of best practices marketing
- High Experience in assessing customer needs
- Knowledge and experience within a relevant B2B(2C) product and solutions industry
- Experience working in complex, international and multi-stakeholder environment
- Fluent in English & French - any additional European language is a plus.
