Your New RoleTo strengthen the Information, Marketing & Communication team, our client is looking for an Information Officer.
As an Information Officer, you play a key role in the collection, analysis, structuring, and dissemination of information for the association’s members, partners, and employees.Monitoring & Information Gathering
- Monitor Belgian and European regulations, as well as standardization activities, on a daily basis.
- Identify developments relevant to the association’s activities.
- Regularly consult various information sources, including specialized websites, newsletters, professional journals, and technical reports.
- Organize access to, archiving of, and distribution of both internal and external information.
- Ensure the proper management of the association’s documentary assets. Writing & Communication
- Contribute to the drafting of articles for the quarterly magazine.
- Write and manage newsletter content based on information gathered through monitoring activities.
- Identify, summarize, and simplify information from multiple sources, making it accessible and easy to understand.
- Assist in the development of internal and external communication and information materials.
Your Profile
- You possess excellent writing skills and a strong ability to summarize complex information.
- You are curious and enjoy keeping up to date with regulatory, technical, and standardization developments.
- You have an excellent command of both French and Dutch, written and spoken.
- You are able to understand and work with professional documentation in English.
- Experience or knowledge in fire prevention, workplace safety, or a regulated environment is considered a strong asset.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team. What the Company Offers
