**Job Requirement**:

- 5 to 8 years of Experience in SAP FICO module
- Strong fundamental knowledge in domain areas
- Very good experience in Controlling submodules like CO-Product Costing and CO-Profitability Analysis and CO-Profit center Accounting is must.
- SAP Functional configuration expertise in General Ledger (FI- GL), Controlling (CO), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Project Systems (PS) Profitability Analysis (PA), New GL
- Experience in Financial Month end Activity and reconciliation process.
- Any SAP S4H implementation or conversion project experience with Simple Finance / Central Finance exposure will be given preference.
- Experience on interfaces with middleware (PI / WM or other) is desired.
- Project experience activities to include preparation, synchronization, conversion and post processing, table mapping for HANA, comprehensive knowledge of BP roles and functionality of S4 HANA Finance is preferred. Should have an overview of Deployment option for S4H.
- Good to have knowledge in Fiori Apps
- Ability to initiate discussion with business stakeholders, map business scenarios into SAP S4 HANA processes and demonstrate end to end solution to business
- Experience in leading and validating cutover activities is required
- Exposure to integration with other modules such as MM, SD, PP is preferred
- Experience of working with Agile / Scrum methodology for end to end deliverables is good to have
- Very good knowledge of SAP functional processes
- SAP S/4 HANA Certification would be an added advantage.
- Experience in change management with SOLMAN will be added an advantage.
- Very good communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
