**We** are seeking** an experienced researcher/adviser sharing our passion for culture, the arts, and sport**:
KEA’s work aims to highlight the value of cultural investment. We are looking for an experienced, creative, energetic consultant with a feel for the culture and creative sector, min. 4 years’ experience of developing and implementing research projects, capable of strategic advice, with strong management skills.

The successful professional will:

- ** **Contribute to the development of KEA activities in the field of culture, cultural heritage, creative industries and sport, internationally.
- Manage teams to successfully develop and implement research projects and policy assignments.

**Job requirements**
- Min. 4 years’ experience in developing and managing research and/or strategic consulting projects with an international dimension.
- Ability to develop business activities and seek new clients and projects.
- Capacity to draft responses to tenders and call for proposals.
- Track record in developing research methodologies, managing teams and projects.
- You are proactive, and enjoy problem-solving with an outgoing personality.
- You are proficient in English and fluent in French or another European language.
