**Working as a Junior Project Manager**:
As a Planning Employee, you will be responsible for drawing up, monitoring, and optimizing the planning of our activities/processes/projects. You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Drawing up the planning based on projects/demands of customers.
- Monitoring the planning and adjusting where necessary.
- Coordinating the work with various departments and external parties.
- Identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
- Reporting on the progress of the planning.
- Maintaining contact with customers and suppliers.
- Performing administrative tasks related to planning.
**What we expect of you**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work and thinking level.
- Dutch speaking with good knowledge of English & French Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft M365
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and stress-resistant working attitude.
