Supply Chain Coordinator

As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will be responsible for material & demand planning in sup-port of the daily operations within the international Supply Chain team. You work closely with our factory, external vendors, OEM, product managers and logistics colleagues. The ambition is to increase efficiency and improve material availability to ensure the best possible customer service. Change management will be required in relation to the implementation of the new ERP in the next 2 years.

You will be based in Bladel (Netherlands) and Turnhout (Belgium) reporting to the Supply Chain Manager and be part of the Operations Teams.

What you’ll do here?
- You will coordinate the Supply Chain processes and will be accountable for the following ac-tivities:

- Schedule and plan the master planning sheet: products and component needs over multiple locations worldwide
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels to plan material needs
- Managing OTIF, response time and lead time
- Develop reports to optimize supply chain planning and associated KPIs.
- Gathering and analyzing demand data to facilitate Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP)
- Coordinate the end-to-end supply chain process
- Liaison person between Supply Chain and production planning

In our growing company, the Supply Chain will expand in the coming years. You see it as an exciting challenge to meet the changing company needs by suggesting (process) improve-ments to the Management Team. Supporting the implementation of the new ERP system and the related change management process.

We’d love to hear from you if
- You can look back on at least 5 years of proven experience in Supply Chain Operations and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
- You have a hands-on mentality
- You have well developed and effective communication skills: proficiency in English and Dutch is a must.
- You have experience with ERP systems and analyzing data
- Assets are:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (ERP)
- A Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain Management
