The ECR Commissioning Manager is responsible for ECR Commissioning plan, strategy, schedule, staffing, training and facilitation of Yard involvement during construction and FAT’s.
**Responsibilities**:
- The Commissioning Manager has a detailed knowledge of ECR Technology and is an element Leader for commissioning related activities
- Environmental, energy and climate legislation, Seveso and environmental authorities expectations. Waste treatment during Commissioning, waste waters produced.
- PDT schedule and cost challenges putting pressure on the commissioning organization.
- Business expectations regarding reliable production availability
- Some of your accountabilities would be: Furnaces, Quench Tower and Caustic Tower, Cracked Gas Compressor + Acetylene Reactor, De-Ethanizer Tower, De-Methanizer Tower, Cold box, De-Propanizer, C3-Splitter, De-Butanizer, C4-Hydrogenation,
- During Detail engineering and construction: PID review, 3D-Model review, HAZID/HAZOP/LOPA review, Engineering/design reviews, Staffing plan-Hiring process, COM costs, Systemization, SYS activity matrix, Cleanliness classes, Setting-up Commissioning organization (superintendents, discipline leads, engineers, technicians), MPP Commissioning,
- Supervision of staff
**Functie-eisen**:
- You have an engineering degree
- 15 + Years of experience in the Chemical industry in an Project/operational environment.
- You have done previous Commissioning manager roles
- Good understanding of English in speaking and writing and fluent in Dutch
- Cooperates smoothly and respectfully with other parts of the organization on site and at business level
