**Je wordt als Service Advisor...**:
- Het eerste aanspreekpunt van AB Automotive voor onze klanten;
- De permanente bewaker van de absolute klantentevredenheid;
- Verantwoordelijk voor de planning van de werkzaamheden in de werkplaats;
- De schakel die de opmerkingen van onze klanten overbrengt naar onze werkplaatsleider;
- De communicatie specialist die onze klant informeert en documenteert over de extra werken;
- De professionele kracht die in samenspraak met de werkplaatsleider de factuur opmaakt;
- De vertrouweling die, onze klant de factuur voorlegt en van uitleg verschaft;
- De ‘ probleemoplosser’ die van klachten opportuniteiten of oplossingen maakt.
**Je hebt als Service Advisor**:
- Kennis van of geschoold in de autotechnieken;
- Ervaren in de na-verkoop van een dealerbedrijf (min 3 jaar);
- Commercieel ingesteldheid, sterk in de communicatie en zeer contactvaardig;
- Een drietalig kennis: Nederlands - Frans -Engels;
- Een stressbestendig vermogen en zelfstandig ingesteld met een grote zin voor verantwoordelijkheid;
- Een klantgerichte en respectvolle omgang met onze klanten;
- De natuurlijke vaardigheid om efficiënt, ordelijk, net, nauwkeurig, goed georganiseerd te werken en je kan prioriteiten stellen;
- De flexibiliteit (zowel naar uren als naar taken toe) je bent analytisch sterk, stressbestendig en weerbaar;
- De bezorgdheid om de waarden die wij als bedrijf en merk uitstralen;
- De loyaliteit en je bent bereid om met ons aan een lange termijn verhaal te werken.
