Delivery Manager Infrastructure de Recharge

**En tant que delivery manager infrastructure de recharge chez DATS 24 - le spécialiste en carburant et énergie de Colruyt Group - vous contribuez à l’installation sans faille de bornes de recharge chez des clients satisfaits. Un emploi assorti d’une mission et de collaborations passionnantes.**
En tant que delivery manager, vous assumez les tâches suivantes:
- Vous assurez la coordination de l’intégralité du processus lié aux bornes de recharge, de l’établissement du contrat à l’installation complète.
- Vous veillez à ce que l’installation d’une station de recharge se déroule sans encombre et à ce que la livraison de l’infrastructure soit optimale.
- Vous constituez le point de contact pour les nouveaux projets d’installation.
- Vous apportez votre soutien à vos collègues de la vente au cours du processus de vente.
- Après chaque livraison, vous procédez à une analyse critique. Vous vous fixez des points d’amélioration afin de servir au mieux nos clients.
Vous travaillez depuis nos bureaux de Hellebroek à **Hal** et avez la possibilité de travailler deux jours par semaine depuis votre domicile ou l’un de nos bureaux régionaux (Malines, Haasrode, Merelbeke, Deinze ).
**Profil**:
- ** Formation et expérience** - Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier ou d’un master et justifiez au moins d’une à trois années d’expérience professionnelle. Toute connaissance technique ou expérience dans le secteur des infrastructures de recharge et de la conduite électrique constitue un atout.
- ** Compétences communicationnelles** - Vous entretenez des contacts avec de nombreux intervenants et savez toujours comment les informer au mieux et susciter facilement leur engagement.
- ** Réflexion orientée solutions** - En général, vous faites partie des premières personnes à proposer une solution adaptée au problème.
- ** Orientation client** - Le fil vert de vos projets ? Le client pour qui le choix d’une voiture électrique s’impose naturellement grâce à vous.
- ** Connaissances linguistiques** - Vous communiquez clairement en français ou en néerlandais, et pouvez ainsi transmettre efficacement des informations à vos collègues ainsi qu’aux partenaires et parties prenantes. Votre anglais vous sera également utile.
