- M&E Contractor
- Health and Safety Manger ProSource is currently seeking an experienced EHS Lead on behalf of a leading M&E contractor, experiencing significant growth and delivering a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across Belgium.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct EHS inspections, identifying hazards and ensuring site compliance.
- Prepare and review RAMS, Risk Assessments and Safety Statements.
- Review and approve subcontractor EHS documentation.
- Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and EHS training.
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Attend H&S meetings and daily EHS briefings, providing professional guidance. Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant Health & Safety role, ideally within the construction, engineering, or M&E sector.
- A Level 7 qualification or higher in Environmental, Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
- Strong working knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across site, project, and management teams.
