Als Product Training Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en het dagelijks beheer van het opleidingscentrum. Functie - In samenwerking met je team en na overleg met verschillende stakeholders stel je een plan op voor de organisatie van opleidingen/demonstraties in combinatie met interne/externe analyses en je eigen ervaring. - Je stelt een "go to market" plan voor voor de introductie van interne en externe opleidingen, demonstraties, kennismomenten. Naast het verzorgen van trainingen begeleid je ook de dedicated trainers/demonstrateurs. - In samenspraak met de Product Manager en R&D bereid je inhoud voor van opleidingsmodules voor een divers publiek (aannemers, bestekschrijvers, interne mensen (verkoop), etc). - Je streeft naar continue verbetering/optimalisatie van de verschillende opleidings - en demonstratiemodules, opleidingsmethodologie, tools en apparatuur. Daarnaast heb je oog voor innovaties en implementeer je deze in je opleidingen en demonstraties. - Je staat in nauw contact met de technische/commerciële afdeling. In overleg met hen organiseer je trainingen en demonstraties om het professionele imago van ons bedrijf te versterken. Jij en je team overtuigen het publiek van de Holcim-kwaliteit. - Je uitgestippelde opleidingsstrategie moet aansluiten bij de marketingacties. - In nauwe samenwerking met de marketingafdeling zet je trainingen op en lever je inhoud en, in samenwerking met de speciale productmanager, goedkeuring met betrekking tot gerelateerde marketingdocumenten. - Je zorgt met je team ook voor content die gebruikt kan worden voor marketinggerelateerde doeleinden. Profiel - Bachelordiploma in een verwante discipline - Ervaring: 4 jaar in een gerelateerd vakgebied - Goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans & Engels - IT minded Aanbod - Aantrekkelijke loonvoorwaarden en reële ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden ondersteund door een aangepast opleidingsbeleid; - De mogelijkheid om te werken in een motiverende omgeving met autonomie in het beheer van toegewezen dossiers.
