Business Controller

As part of our Finance Team you will be taking ownership in (i) providing data-driven analyses, (ii) assisting with forecasting and budgeting exercises, (iii) cost optimization and (iv) further KPI development and monitoring combined with benchmarking. You will closely work with the Finance manager and have international exposure.
**Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Data gathering, data analysis and data visualisation, to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
- Analysis and reporting of financial and operational KPIs
- Assisting in monthly P&L, Balance sheet and Cashflow reporting to all relevant stakeholders.
- Taking ownership of optimisation and digitisation of current financial processes and daily financial operations.
- Providing support during forecast exercises and budget preparations.
The role is highly varied and involves working in a supportive and dynamic team. You will be offered continuous learning opportunities in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to come up with new initiatives which can be discussed during periodic management team meetings.

- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.

- The ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to form strong relationships.
- Accurate method of working and eagerness to take ownership.
- Encouraged to work with a digitised/automated mindset.
- Proficient with financial software and dashboarding tools.
- Fluent in Dutch, English & French.
