4 miljoen euro Dat zijn de kosten per batch voor de nieuwe hoogwaardige biologische producten die worden samengesteld en afgevuld op onze nieuwe installaties.
Als Production Supervisor heb je een belangrijke rol binnen Novartis als spil van de productie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse realisatie van de geplande productiedoelstellingen volgens de vereiste kwaliteitsnormen.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden houden in, maar zijn niet beperkt tot:
- Je bevordert en verbetert de Safety cultuur. Je zorgt ervoor dat van de voorschriften inzake veiligheid, hygiëne & orde (huishouding, 5S) gevolgd worden door jouw team.
- Je houdt van People Management. Je zorgt voor een gevarieerde werkverdeling, voor continuiteit in de bezetting en voor een vlot opleidingstraject voor nieuwe medewerkers.
- Je maakt tijd voor evaluatiemomenten van zowel arbeiders als bedienden in jouw team en maakt het mogelijk dat éénieder individu van je team de ruimte krijgt tot verdere ontwikkeling van zijn competenties.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de continue bevoorrading van grondstoffen aan alle productiedepartementen (VSOB) en voor de voorbereiding van materialen en tanken nodig voor aseptische bereiding en afvulling van Liquids. Je bent een organisatorisch talent en je voorziet een vlotte communicatiestroom over de verschillende shiften heen.
- Je hebt een neus voor kwaliteit en je tracht deze continu te verbeteren en bevorderen. Je biedt ondersteuning bij het onderzoek naar kwaliteitsincidenten en je denkt meteen oplossingsgericht
- Je beheert het opleidingsplan van het team
- Je bevordert een cultuur van operationele uitmuntendheid en teamgeest
- Conflicten die zich in het team voordoen beheren en de situatie, zo nodig, escaleren
- Je identificeert prestatieproblemen binnen het team en neemt geschikte maatregelen om die te verhelpen.
- Toezicht uitoefenen op de verwezenlijking van de doelstellingen en de planontwikkeling, evaluatiegesprekken over prestaties voeren met het team
- Je bent flexibel wat betreft werken in ploegen om eventueel in het team bij te springen bij plan/noodzaak

**Minimum requirements**
Jouw input binnen deze functie:
- Je hebt een wetenschappelijke opleiding bachelor of master, of gelijkgesteld door ervaring
- Je hebt uitstekende interpersoonlijke en communicatievaardigheden
- Je bent integer, toegankelijk en hebt respect voor diversiteit
- Je bent diplomatisch en kan goed onderhandelen
- Je bent stressbestendig in een dynamische omgeving, bent in staat om snel veranderende prioriteiten in het plan op te vangen
- Je beschikt over mensenkennis, een goed logisch redeneervermogen, een goed organisatie
- en coördinatietalent, en de capaciteit om op een creatieve manier procesverbeteringen te bedenken en te implementeren
- Je kan je flexibel opstellen om in piekmomenten je rust en kalmte te bewaren. Ook heb je een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel bij het nemen van beslissingen die een grote financiele impact kunnen hebben.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels
