Then we have a place for you in our experienced HR team as a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist at ScioTeq’s head office in Kortrijk. You’re ready to really get the hang of recruitment, with the prospect of a career path leading to a broader HR role covering areas such as talent development and HR business partnering. Your responsibilities
- You will actively seek out (primarily technical) talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and campus events.
- You’ll conduct smooth telephone screenings and initial interviews, thereby shaping the first impression of our company. You’ll look not only at skills, but also at drive and cultural fit, ensuring a long-term match.
- You’ll work closely as a sparring partner with hiring managers, contributing ideas and advising them on the right approach.
- You’ll build talent pools so that we’re ready for future growth.
- You will strengthen our employer branding and contribute to campus recruitment and initiatives that promote our story.
- You will take the initiative in HR projects and contribute ideas on how we can make our processes more efficient.
- You will report to the HR manager. -

Your profile

- You hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, Master of Science (in Human Resources Management),
- Ideally, you will already have some relevant experience.
- You communicate fluently and with a people-oriented approach, switch easily between different stakeholders and remain professional in every situation.
- You speak and write Dutch and English fluently, enabling you to communicate effortlessly in our international environment.
- You are eager to learn, curious and proactive.
- You are discreet, professional and a true team player. You are equally capable of managing your projects independently from start to finish.
- You are results-oriented, enthusiastic and passionate about HR.
