S. territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation. US resident alien family members of US sponsors who are citizens of NATO countries other than the host nation and possess a valid green card and US Social Security Number (SSN). Duties:
- Performs a variety of administrative and clerical functions including, but not limited to typing and computer work.
- Assist in storage functions to include signing customers up for new accounts, receive payments update customer’s information terminate storage accounts and send out monthly bill.
- Opens and secures the Auto Shop.
- Incumbent schedules appointments and maintains automotive shop schedule.
- Processes and verifies cash flow transactions and deposits and balances daily/weekly/monthly reports. Sets up and maintains various office files. Requirements: Conditions of employment:
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- This position has an occasional driving requirement in support of the activity. Must be willing to obtain and maintain both a valid USAREUR driver's license and a TMP license. Qualifications: Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. 1. Progressively responsible clerical experience. 2. Computer knowledge and experience in database, spreadsheets, word processing programs. 3. Experience in handling monetary transactions. 4. Must possess good communication and customer skills. 5. Knowledge of automotive repair order and billing systems. 6. Must possess a valid driver's license.

- This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
