Junior Implementation Consultant

To strengthen our solution & services team, we are looking for a junior expert who wants to grow as a Consultant. As a support employee you are a real expert at Altares. You are part of a team of colleagues, each with their own knowledge and experience of data integrations.
In this role you’ll be responsible for the implementation of our data in different CRM solutions, in close collaboration with (y)our customers. You will ensure that the integration is set up on time and completely according to all customers’ wishes and that it meets all quality requirements.
Next to implementing new customers you will work on resolving issues with existing integrations and support customers where needed in the form of second line support.
**Your Profile**:
- You have an analytical and systematic way of working;
- Affinity for / experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM software is a pre;
- Residing in the Benelux;
- Ability to work as part of a team, yet work independently on complex problems.
