At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for Project Management Officer to join our UniQue team.
- Coordinate the AUC process to ensure timely delivery, accurate documentation, and policy compliance, while providing regular status updates.
- Assist in governance meetings, implement policies, track performance metrics, and prepare reports.
- Translate technical updates for stakeholders, maintain effective communication, document key processes, support PMO improvements, and monitor KPIs. Deputize for higher-grade staff as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Bachelor degree in IT or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the domain.
- Strong background in Customer Management, including preparing and responding to customer offers/orders.
- Knowledge and experience in project, portfolio, and program management (P3M).
- Expertise in MS Excel (including Pivot tables, external data connections, and Macros).
- Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, with strong communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to translate technical updates into engaging, business-relevant storytelling.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Formal project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) and/or ITIL Intermediate Certification.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes.
- Prior experience in an international setting with both military and civilian elements.
A very good level of written and spoken English is required (minimum B2).
