Voor één van onze klanten, specialist die logistiek met IT combineert, zijn we dringend op zoek naar een Product specialist Je bent binnen deze organisatie verantwoordelijk voor de ‘customer satisfaction’ van de klanten. Je beheerst en onderhoudt alle vragen en problemen van jouw klanten en volgt hun dossier op van A-Z. Je gaat op zoek naar efficiënte oplossingen op een optimale klantenservice te kunnen garanderen.
**Jouw profiel**
Je beschikt over een eerste Customer service ervaring. Omdat je zowel Nederlandstalige als Franse klanten zal hebben, beschik je over moedertaalniveau van beide. Je kennis van het Engels is professioneel voor interne communicatie. Omdat je functie binnen deze organisatie zeer belangrijk is, werk je enorm nauwkeurig en ben je erg klantgericht en hulpvaardig.
