At PlayConnect, we stream weekly live social gaming shows on TikTok, where viewers can participate in exciting **remote-controlled claw machine challenges** for a chance to win prizes As we test our livestreaming concept and grow our community, we are looking for a motivated, charismatic, and energetic Live Host to lead these gaming shows and keep viewers coming back for more. **Location**: Sint-Niklaas, Belgium

**Job Type**: Freelance / Contract

**Compensation**: min. €25 / hour (based on your experience)

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Host Interactive Live Streams**: Lead high-energy TikTok Live gaming shows, talking to the audience and guiding participants through the claw machine competition.
- **Interact with Viewers**: Respond to comments in real time, build relationships with the audience, and keep interactions high and positive.
- **Explain Gameplay & Rules**: Clearly communicate how the competition works and how participants can enter.

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Be camera-ready**: Show up prepared, looking sharp, and ready to shine on camera.
- **Bringing the energy**: Be confident, charismatic, and comfortable on camera for extended periods. Each TikTok live session takes approx. 3 hours.
- **Thinking on your fee**t: Be comfortable handling unexpected situations / comments and adapt in real-time to ensure the show never loses momentum.
- **Sales & Promotion Experience**: Ability to encourage in-app purchases, subscriptions, or offers during live shows.
- **Reliable & Punctual**: Available during peak streaming hours, including evenings and weekends.

**What You Can Expect From Us**:

- **65+ Years of Experience in Arcade Games**: You will be working with the team at PlayConnect in partnership with Elaut Group, a leading manufacturer of arcade games based in Sint-Niklaas. We know the ins and outs of arcade games, and will share everything you need to know.
- **Script and Livestreaming Tactics for TikTok**: You don’t need to be TikTok savvy in order to apply. We will by working side-by-side to ensure a smooth livestream and provide you with a playbook / script before each show.
- **Attractive remuneration** in line with your experience and social following (if any).

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Freelance basis
- Proven experience as a live or TV presenter, content creator, or similar role
- Available between February 24th and March 16th (exact dates to be discussed) in the evenings (including Sunday)
- Your physical presence is required in Sint-Niklaas for filming
