**Position Overview**:
MantraCare is seeking qualified **Licensed Therapists** to join our team as **Contractors**. In this **remote, flexible** role, therapists will provide **virtual therapy sessions** to clients through our secure online platform. Therapists will have the opportunity to set their own schedules and work with a diverse clientele, tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique needs. This position is ideal for licensed professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality mental health care in a virtual environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Virtual Therapy Sessions**: Provide individual therapy to clients via our secure online platform, ensuring a safe, supportive, and confidential space for therapy.
- **Develop Treatment Plans**: Create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans to address clients’ mental health needs and goals.
- **Client Recordkeeping**: Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
- **Collaborative Care**: Collaborate with other therapists and professionals within the MantraCare network to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
- **Ongoing Professional Development**: Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- **Licensure**: Active and valid licensure (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state or country of residence.
- **Experience**: At least one (1) year of clinical experience in providing therapy to individuals, with a demonstrated ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients in a virtual setting.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms for virtual therapy sessions, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: €70,00 - €150,00 per hour
