BAUNAT is a fast growing, disruptive, digital native jewelry brand. To further support this growth, we are looking for a Digital Marketer with several years of experience to strengthen the team in Antwerp.

**Job Description**:**SEM**:

- You manage and support the SEO projects
- You manage and support the SEA projects

**Web Development**:

- You contribute to the optimization of the website.
- You adjust our websites by use of a CMS system
- You provide the information on and display of our jewellery online by use of a PIM system

**Web Analytics**:

- You analyse the website visitors, always look for areas of improvement
- You analyse our websites with respect to increasing qualitative traffic and conversions
- You help develop integrated dashboards that enable us to easily track results and KPIs
- Thanks to your analytical mind, you can easily transform data into recommendations and optimization processes

**CRM & Other Marketing**:

- You are responsible for the analysis and proper functioning of our CRM system and you are also responsible for its further development
- You work closely with various marketing & graphic colleagues, webmasters etc.
- You bring innovative ideas to increase the online visibility and brand awareness of the brand that fit within the philosophy of the brand

**Profile**:

- You have at least 5 years of experience as a digital marketer
- You have experience with several of the below tools:

- Adroll
- Adwords
- Google Merchant center
- Google Analytics
- Google Datastudio
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Search Console
- Hotjar
- Hubspot
- Affinity with graphic/image/editing programs such as Photoshop,are a plus
- You have analytical mind and work very systematically
- You have strong communication skills, are enthusiastic, flexible and independent, but you also smoothly work within groups & enjoy being part of a team
- You find it a challenge to help shape and maintain a digital platform
- You are eager to learn and creative
- You meet deadlines and assume the necessary responsibilities
- You have strong communication and organizational skills, an eye for detail and quality.
- You are flexible, not 9-to-5-minded, independent, driven and dynamic
- You are honest and discrete, reliable with a high sense of responsibility
- You think commercially, customer-oriented and problem-solving
- You are a team player and quick to understand
