**Job Description**:
As a Senior Databricks Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data solutions using Apache Spark, Azure and Python in a Medallion architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet our clients' data needs. You will be a technical leader in the organization, providing mentorship to junior developers and driving the development of best practices.

You will be responsible to:

- Design, develop, and implement data solutions using Apache Spark, Azure and Python in a Medallion architecture
- Lead development on our data pipeline using both batch and stream processing
- Give general advise on Databricks and Spark development
- Review code and pull requests
- Co-Defining general naming conventions, documentation standards etc.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all data solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

**Qualifications**:

- Very extensive knowledge about Databricks and Apache Spark
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data transformation and processing using Spark
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP
- Very experienced in defining code structures
- Knowledgeable about design patterns and OOP
- SCRUM
