**ABOUT SWOOVE**: Intelligent Internet Machines (trading as "Swoove Studios") is an entertainment software company at the intersection of storytelling and 3D Animation. We build products that blend the best of both worlds with disruptive ideas designed to expand fun and creativity in unexpected new ways. We have developed a real-time, 3D-animation creation platform for mobile using its proprietary technology. Our mission is to democratise 3D animation and to provide an easy-to-use toolset that empowers anyone to express themselves. We make easy, swipe-based, real-time, 3D animation available to all. **OUR MISSION**: Swoove is a unique place for people to create fun, shareable, viral content. It makes 3D animation available to ANYONE, in real-time, using just a few swipes. Our Mobile Virtual Studio will enable anyone to create and watch cool 3D-animated content which they can share with their friends across different social media platforms. Creators will personalize and animate their unique avatar and will allow them to create their own dance routines without having to put themselves on camera. At Swoove you will be part of a team whose mission is to “Democratise 3D-Animation”, to release the inner storyteller that exists in all of us and help transform the way people express themselves online **Requirements**: **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**: - You will be a key member of a fast-growing, diverse and ambitious product team offering room for personal and professional growth - You will design API's, services and systems that align with the Swoove Product Roadmap and our current business needs - You will implement new features sometimes in autonomy and sometimes in collaboration with team members - You will contribute to the continuous improvement in our tech stack - You will be responsible for debugging production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack - You will be expected to improve overall engineering standards, tooling and processes - You will help to foster a safe space within the team where they will feel comfortable sharing feedback, ideas and opinions - You will work closely with your reports and colleagues to contribute to our Product - Roadmap that aligns with our mission, vision and strategy with a strong focus on helping to ensure excellent user experience **WHAT EXPERTISE AND CHARACTERS ARE WE LOOKING FOR**: - You are a developer passionate and experienced in character animation environments. - You want to push the boundaries of what can be done to automate character animation through advances in inverse and forward kinematic systems, procedural and even AI animation systems. - You are familiar with real-time 3D rendering environments and specifically Unity. - You master these technologies and skills: UNITY background (& animation system); C#; 3D animation system; Research mentality; Procedural and AI Techniques - Nice to haves: Automated systems (HTML); Building libraries & plugins;.Net; Database management **Benefits** **BENEFITS**: - Flexible working conditions (remote/hybrid/schedule) - Competitive salary - Fast moving start-up company with a lot of professional growth potential - Strong relationship between Management and Product Team, enabling anyone to contribute towards the company’s strategy
