**Role Overview**

**We are looking for**
- A Project Leader to join Solvay's Costumer Engagement Model team.

**We count on you to**
- Be in charge of monthly group analytics for the supply chain, including data insights, up to reporting to senior management. (OTIF, Inventory, and other Supply Chain KPIs as needed)
- Provide base support to tools (dashboards) and SC process (OTIF)
- Contribute or support the investigation of Supply Chain activities, linked with other E2E Planning Project Leaders and Global Business Unit excellence teams
- Participation in cross-functional coordinating meetings to ensure E2E operational efficiencies, Standardization
- Tracking the progress of various central supply chain initiatives, and maintaining a coherent roadmap

**You will bring**
Education and experience
- Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Chemical or Industrial Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in the Industry field, or in the Supply Chain
- Experience managing projects in functions such as Supply Chain, Procurement, or Finance is a plus
- Good understanding of cross-functional processes

Technical skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Ability to generate insights from large amounts of data and perform deep dives on processes

- Availability to travel is required. At least 10 to 25% of the time will be spent traveling
