Commercial Assistant

**What will you be doing?** - You will work closely with the Hardware & Handset Category Managers in our Centre of Expertise who are responsible for managing the product portfolio, promotions, pricing & forecasting by different vendors (e.g. Apple and Samsung). You will also work closely with our e-commerce team, our retail channels, our go to market teams and our campaign teams. - You will be the operational manager of our Handsets & HW PIM tool - You will create all products in the PIM tool so that new handsets are correctly presented on our eshop, this requires the right pictures, associations and specifications. - You also manage the price adjustments by uploading them to the different systems in time so that the different promotional campaigns start/end on time and display the correct information. - Just like a retail shop manager you ensure that the e-shops have sufficient stock and together with the supply chain you set up the necessary reporting/follow-up. - Also for our retail channels you ensure that the price lists and price information are correctly updated and passed on. - You will also be the point of contact for our CID colleagues to provide certain questions/information. - You will also be an important link to improve the customer journey of our customers and suggest process or visual improvements. - You will work in a very dynamic environment where we work in an agile way. **Who are we looking for?** - You have at least a bachelor degree, preferably in sales, communication and digital studies. - You like to take responsibility, work accurately and precisely to provide quick solutions - Preferably you already have some experience in handsets & hardware, operational management, system knowledge, but the "hunger to learn new things and unleash the jack-of-all-trades" in yourself is at least as important. - Retail, customer relations, content & product information tools have no secrets for you. - You enjoy working with different teams and you like variety. - You can perfectly combine different projects to keep the "machine" running (hands-on mentality). - You speak and write fluently Dutch or French and English **Why join us?** You start a new adventure at Telenet (and BASE) Residential.
