**Your role**:
- You will join an international team of passionate people who build a state of the art AI product. You will be responsible for overseeing both client-facing projects and internal R&D initiatives. As the team grows, we want to ensure a qualitative follow-up of our projects, and ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders.What you’ll be doing:Lead the planning, execution and delivery of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and within budget.
-Organisation of the internal R&D roadmap & resources involved.
-Manage project timelines, resources and risks, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to keep projects on track.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing any concerns or feedback, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
-Oversee the planning and staffing of internal R&D projects, aligning resources with project goals and priorities to drive innovation and achieve strategic objectives.
-Strive for continuous improvements and learning within the project team, implementing best practices, tools and processes to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
**Requirements**:
You have +5 years working experience
-Proven experience in managing complex technical projects, preferably in the electronics sector
Excellent relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile delivery methodologies
-Demonstrated leadership, with a track record of driving results in a high-performing team enviroment
-A passion for driving innovation in AI
