As Digital Marketing Officer, you bring the Trasis brand to life in the digital world, transforming science into clear and inspiring messages, and amplifying our international impact.

Responsabilities
- In collaboration with your Communication Manager, you will define and manage the group’s digital strategy: social media, website, campaigns, newsletters, CRM, SEO/SEA, etc.
- You manage and run our websites: content, user experience, architecture, SEO, performance.
- You analyse data, monitor KPIs and propose concrete actions to maximise results.
- You optimise the visibility and conversion of our platforms. You will test, analyse and improve our content to increase qualified traffic.
- You define the strategy on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. You will create engaging content, moderate communities and adapt messages to different audiences.
- You write and distribute newsletters, keep databases up to date and contribute to the creation of content tailored to our various targets.
- You monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of actions (A/B testing, ROI, analytics). You know how to turn figures into decisions.
- You keep up with trends, tools and innovations in digital marketing to advance our strategy.

Profil
- You have a degree in marketing, communications or digital strategy.
- You have 5 to 7 years of successful experience in digital project management.
- You are bilingual in French and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- You are proficient in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics/Piwik Pro, CMS (WordPress) and have a good knowledge of graphic design tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Canva).
- You are creative, rigorous and results-oriented, capable of managing several projects at the same time. You enjoy working in a team, collaborating with different departments and getting things done.
