We invite you to join AETHER to support Intrapreneurial Projects as a Senior Project Lead in Structure-Technics and Interior Works.

The scope is to deliver technically complex construction and installation works with precision, while ensuring seamless alignment between contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

The key responsibilities expected from our consultant include:
Support projects through high-quality and detail-oriented execution, ensuring accuracy and meeting expectations.
- Execute hands-on technical and construction work in the listed domains (ELEK, HVAC, SAN; concrete, steel, wood; interior works such as walls, raised floors, suspended ceilings).
- Prepare and draft detailed site reports (werfverslagen).

Support projects with rational and data-driven assessments regarding costs, quality, and timelines, providing objective analyses for decision-making.
- Monitor and follow up on project planning.
- Monitor and follow up on safety and administrative items discussed in meetings.

Support projects by facilitating communication and reporting between stakeholders.
- Consult and engage in technical discussions with contractors and subcontractors.
- Lead meetings that cover technical, safety, administrative, and planning topics and ensure proper follow-up.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in Dutch and French.

The experience we are actively looking for:

- At least 15 years of proven experience in two or more of the following: technical works (ELEK, HVAC, SAN), construction works (concrete, steel, wood), or interior works (walls, raised floors, suspended ceilings)
- Demonstrated hands-on project leadership and site execution, beyond theoretical knowledge
- Strong ability to lead meetings across technical, safety, administrative, and planning dimensions
- Experience in drafting and delivering detailed site reports
- Proficiency in Dutch and French communication
- Constructive, team-oriented, and enthusiastic approach
- Immediate availability and presence in Belgium are strongly preferred
