**Context of the mission / Objective(s) of the job**
We are looking for a Medior Functional Analyst/Scrum master (aka Proxy) By doing what we do best: building high-quality software using our Agile mindset and development best practices. We use techniques such as DDD, TDD and BDD. The technology stack is Java based, Cloud ready and we run POCs in cutting edge technology which enables us to implement the steep NFRs in terms of performance and scalability.

**Functional Description**
- As project leader/customer proxy:
- You start in the business line 'Social Impact' where you deliver projects together with your scrum team for clients who are active in the government and social sector.
- As a customer proxy, you form the bridge between the customer and the team.
- You map the needs of the customers. You have experience with performing analyses, testing and working with Agile methods.
- You constantly monitor the evolution of the backlog, and you dare to challenge the customer on questions for changes.
- Functional questions come to you as the point of contact of the development team.
- Follow-up of the development and testing of the functionalities described in the user stories.
- You give demos to our customers.

**Required Skills**:
As project leader/scrum master
- Proxy experience is important.
- You know what is going on in the team, help them to organize themselves Agile and provide focus, remove obstacles for them.
- You organize and facilitate project schedules, reviews, retro sessions, stand-up meetings, sprint and release schedules, etc.
- You ensure that the team works and continues to work according to the Agile values and principles.
- You encourage the team
- You will continuously look for process improvements and encourage the team to do so.
- You are part of a community where learning, knowledge sharing, and personal growth are central.
