- en spalktechnieken heeft Delta-Cast een uitgebreid en innovatief portfolio om gebroken botten of beschadigde ligamenten te behandelen.

**Over de rol**

Onze Marketing Activation Manager maakt deel uit van het Benelux marketingteam en rapporteert aan de Senior Marketing Activation Manager. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de activaties in lijn met de merkstrategie, het jaarlijkse merkplan en draagt bij aan de opbouw van ons merk en marktaandeel. Je fungeert als het primaire marketingreferentiepunt van de Belgische verkooporganisatie en werkt nauw samen met de Digital Marketing Activation Manager en Brand Managers. Vanwege de mix van projecten is dit een functie met diverse taken, die autonomie, goede planningsvaardigheden en een hoog energieniveau en conceptueel denken vereist.

**Wat je gaat doen?**
- Je wordt gebrieft door lokale Brand Managers over marketingplannen, doelstellingen, aanbevolen touchpoints en A&P.
- Verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, uitvoeren en opvolgen van mediaplannen en KPI's.
- Uitvoeren van marketingactivatieplannen over verschillende kanalen volgens de briefing van de Brand Manager.
- Samenwerken met sales voor synchronisatie van verkoop
- en marketingactiviteiten en uitvoering bij klanten POS.
- Klanteneducatie stimuleren op basis van lokale behoeften en in lijn met wereldwijde richtlijnen en gebruikmakend van wereldwijd geproduceerd materiaal (waar van toepassing).
- Ondersteunen van de toereikendheid en nauwkeurigheid van A&P-toewijzing. Constructieve dialoog voeren met Brand Manager als de toegewezen A&P niet voldoende is.
- Inzichten over kanalen en klanten aan Brand Managers verstrekken.

**Wie ben jij?**
- Bachelor diploma.
- Vloeiend in het Nederlands, uitstekende kennis van Frans en Engels.
- B2B/B2C-marketing of verkoopervaring, bij voorkeur in de gezondheidszorg.
- Affiniteit met Ortho/Compressie en relevante doelgroepen.
- Hoge financiële, zakelijke en strategische vaardigheden.
- Creatief, georganiseerd, hands-on en klant
- en consumentgericht werken.
- Sterke teamspeler en boeiende communicator met goede interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
