Tomorrowland is een wereldwijd bekend muziekfestival dat niet alleen live, maar ook online een magische beleving biedt via One World Radio. Om ons creatieve contentteam te versterken, zoeken we een gedreven stagiair(e) die zich wil onderdompelen in de wereld van radio, podcasts, storytelling en digitale content.

**VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**:

- ** Audio & Radio**
- Volledige productie van radio shows en podcasts
- Interviews afnemen met artiesten en luisteraars
- Monteren van audio met tools zoals Ableton en Audition
- Radioshows inplannen met MusicMaster
- Communicatie met artiesten en management voor het verzamelen van quotes, clips en promo's
- ** Video & Social Media**
- Mee bedenken van creatieve videoconcepten voor social media
- Productie en editing van video’s, reels & YouTube-clips in Premiere Pro en After Effects
- Experimenteren met nieuwe technologieën, waaronder AI, om innovatieve formats te ontwikkelen
- ** Writing & Storytelling**
- Schrijven van scripts voor radioshows (zoals de Top 30) en podcasts
- Creatieve input leveren voor nieuwe formats en ideeën voor One World Radio
- ** Business & Marketing**
- Meewerken aan marketingcampagnes en het creëren van waardevolle assets
- Onderzoek doen naar internationale groeikansen en toekomstige projecten ondersteunen

**MUST-HAVES**
- Je volgt een opleiding in Journalistiek, Media & Entertainment Business, of een gerichte radio-/mediastudie
- Je hebt ervaring met tools zoals Ableton, Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Je bent gepassioneerd door dance music, DJ-cultuur en muziekproductie
- Je denkt creatief, werkt nauwkeurig en leert snel nieuwe tools kennen
- Je bent beschikbaar voor een stage van minstens 12 weken
