We are looking to hire an **Order Processing & Logistics Coordinator** who can coach and accompany our service staff into delivering exceptional customer and logistic service and hence obtain high levels of customer satisfaction, in line with service agreements, KPIs and SLAs.

We expect the Order Processing & Logistics Coordinator to build a strong team and shape staff behaviors to accomplish desired results.

The Order Processing & Logistics Coordinator will play an important role in supporting and connecting different sub-departments (Customer Service, Logistics, Order Control,) in order to build a strong experience/knowledge before progressing into a more dispatching/planning role but still remaining polyvalent whenever required.

He /she will have a collaborative role in growing and implementing standards and processes.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Overseeing and assessing Order Processing & Logistics staff activities, ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards and providing the team with regular performance-related feedback.
- Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of Order Processing & Logistics operations from Order2Invoice
- Train and develop staff on best practices in areas of Order Processing, Production recording, PO Receipt, Inventory Management, Logistics and Distribution
- Monitoring and authenticating returns, exchanges, and voids.
- Development, coordination and implementation of service policies and processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized. Consequently, making them clear to staff and customers.
- Ensure full compliance and maintaining documentation pertaining to Order Processing & Logistics activities.
- Develop & track monthly Performance Measurements
- Assisting Order Processing & Logistics staff with duties where required
- Coordinate with Accounting, Sales and Production Depts

**What do we expect from you?**:

- Proven working experience and deep knowledge of Order Processing, Sales & Logistics’ best practices
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business (with emphasis in Logistics/Supply Chain Management), Logistics, Operations-related field, or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with ERP software, Power-BI and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Customer oriented focus & problem-solving mindset
- Well-organized and able to supervise and lead a team, yet not afraid of rolling-up sleeves
- Responsible attitude but also a real team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Dutch, French and English & Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

**Wanted experience**:
three to five years of experience
