Functieomschrijving
- U begeleidt bestaande klanten in de opvolging van hun portefeuille
- U begeleidt klanten bij de optimalisatie van hun situatie met de hoogste zorg en steeds binnen een kader van transparantie én de nodige normen en waarden
- U ontwikkelt in samenwerking met onze audit
- en juridische afdeling financiële en fiscale oplossingen op maat voor de klant
Profiel
We zijn op zoek naar commerciële talenten:
- Universitaire opleiding (minimum+ 4) in economie, rechten, handelsingenieur,..
- Geboeid door fiscale optimalisatie, de financiële wereld en vastgoed
- Doorgedreven sociale vaardigheden en een uitgesproken zin voor mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie
- Een uitzonderlijke professionele ambitie
- Een zelfstandige geest gekoppeld aan een goede dosis teamspirit
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de financiële wereld (personal of private banking of vergelijkbaar)
Jobgerelateerde competenties
- De financiële situatie van de klant analyseren en een balans opmaken van zijn vermogensstructuur (levensverzekering, effecten,...)
- De klantendossiers opvolgen en aanpassen na elke gebeurtenis (boedelafstand, erfenis, scheiding,...)
- Klantenfiches raadplegen ter voorbereiding van geplande gesprekken
- Samen met de klant de doelstellingen bepalen (spaargeld opbouwen, belastingoptimalisatie,...) volgens zijn noden (huwelijksstelsel, erfenis,...)
- De bewijsstukken van een belegging en de rentabiliteitsverslagen van contractueel vastgelegde financiële producten opstellen of controleren
Deze documenten aan de klant bezorgen
- Toezicht houden op de debiteurenrekeningen en een geschikte oplossing uitwerken
- Een vermogensonderzoek voeren
Het juridische en fiscale kader schetsen en de aangepaste producten voorstellen (levensverzekering, beursportefeuille,...)
- Een financiële strategie bepalen (aankoop van effecten, levensverzekering, immobiliën,...) en de klant, indien nodig, naar een advocaat, notaris of portefeuillebeheerder doorverwijzen
- Een klanten
- of prospectenbestand uitwerken
