As our Communication, Event & Community Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our community—energizing connections, amplifying stories, and making every day at Le Village unforgettable. You’ll work closely with a tight-knit team (Managing Director & Startup Manager) to build a culture where innovation isn’t just encouraged, it’s inevitable. Your position As a Communication, Event & Community Manager within Le Village by CA your core responsibilities and day-to-day activities include:
- Make Noise & Build Buzz:
- Design and execute communication strategies to enhance the Village’s visibility (social media, newsletters, press).
- Highlight community successes and best practices through content creation and storytelling.
- Represent the Village at local and national events.
- Ignite Community Spirit:
- Foster a sense of belonging—make every member feel like a vital part of the Village.
- Organize and facilitate events, workshops, and networking sessions to promote innovation and collaboration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing needs and gathering feedback.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly:
- Contribute to the onboarding of new startups and partners.
- Support the organization of major events (pitch days, conferences, learning expeditions).
- Assist in monitoring community KPIs and reporting.
- Assist in handling invoices, budget, Profile: We are looking for a creative, hands-on and highly motivated individual with a strong interest in entrepreneurship, innovation and startup ecosystems.

Experience:
- Master’s degree in communications, business, event management, or a related field.
- Experience in community management, event planning, or ecosystem building? Big plus.
- Startup/innovation ecosystem know-how? Even better.
- Skills & Competencies:
- You’re a natural communicator and connector.
- Entrepreneurial spirit—hands-on, creative, and ready to take initiative.
- Skilled at bringing people together and building community.
- Social media and digital comms are your playground.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Fluent in English and French. Fluency in Dutch is a plus.

- Creative, dynamic, and adaptable.
