**M&E Manager**:
Voor hotel **Martin’s Brussels EU** in Brussel zoeken wij een **Meeting & Event Manager.**

Met 100 kamers, uitgerust met eersteklas voorzieningen, verwelkomt Martin's Brussels EU op een aangenaam verblijf in het hart van de Europese wijk. Onze kamers zijn cocons van rust waar men kan ontspannen na een lange dag werken of Brussel ontdekken. Ze hebben een ruime badkamer, een kingsize bed en zelfs een bubbelbad.

De functie

Administratie
- Voorbereiding van offertes;
- Follow-up en afronding van dossiers en organisatie/opzet van evenementen voor de klant;
- Opstellen van facturen en dienst na verkoop;
- Aanbod en follow-up van groepskamers (+10 overnachtingen of kamers);
- Verbetering van het aanbod en de interne procedures in samenwerking met de M&E Coördinator;
- Voorbereiding van menukaarten voor groepen;
- Follow-up van groepsreserveringen voor het restaurant;
- Voorbereiden van signalisatie;
- Evalueren en opleiden van collega's en stagiaires;
- Opstellen van het budget in samenwerking met de General Manager;
- Deelname aan de Morning Meeting, Management Meeting en 2-daagse Budget Meeting.

Operationeel
- Eerste contact met de klant die interesse toont in een van de diensten die Martin’s Brussels EU en restaurant Bistro Martin aanbieden;
- Rondleidingen in het hotel met potentiële klanten;
- Controleren van de opstellingen van meetingszalen, koffiepauzes, lunches en diners aan de hand van de function sheet en zo nodig bijsturen;
- Begroeting van de groepsleider, controle van het dagsplanning en meer informatie over de apparatuur in de zaal geven;
- Verantwoordelijk zijn tijdens Duty Shiften en weekends;
- Bestellingen plaatsen bij partners en leveranciers alsook controle van de facturen.

Jouw profiel
- Je bent gastvrij, spontaan en proactief ;
- Je hebt teamspirit ;
- Je bent flexibel en je houdt in je persoonlijke organisatie rekening met de evenementen en drukke periodes in het hotel;
- Je spreekt Frans, Nederlands en Engels ;
- De kennis van een andere taal is een plus ;
- De kennis van het programma Opera is een plus ;
- Je hebt een gelijkaardige (eerste) ervaring.
