Bij Employee Benefits & Health Care bieden we aanvullende pensioenplannen, gezondheidszorg
- en invaliditeitsdekkingen aan voor organisaties (bedrijven, NGO’s, publieke sector ). De afdeling Actuarial & Pension Services zorgt voor de nodige technische en actuariële ondersteuning van onze klanten en is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van pensioenfondsen. Om ons team te versterken zoeken we een **Consultant Actuarial & Pension Services**.
- Je maakt voor onze klanten **technische, actuariële analyses** en voert **consultancyactiviteiten** uit (berekening van dotaties, berekening van het financieringsniveau, reporting IAS19-FAS158 enz.).
- Binnen AG Employee Benefits zorg je voor **technische ondersteuning** aan de commerciële diensten, beheerders, enz.
- Dankzij jouw probleemanalyse en jouw voorstellen voor oplossingen zorg je ervoor dat de dossiers correct geïmplementeerd worden in collectief en individueel beheer.

**Dit ben jij helemaal**:

- Een **kritische geest** **met een **positieve ingesteldheid**, zo zou je jezelf kunnen omschrijven. Jij ziet snel de zwakke punten van een organisatie en kan dan niet wachten om ze te verbeteren.
- Je kent de verzekeringssector en meer specifiek de tak van de groepsverzekeringen.
- Je drukt je vlot uit in het **Nederlands** en het **Frans**.
- Excel, Word en Visual Basic zijn tools waar je al vaak mee gewerkt hebt.
- Je hebt een universitair diploma, bij voorkeur in actuariële wetenschappen.
