Artistic Project Manager

**Overview**

We're on the hunt for a talented and ambitious Artistic Project Manager to join our team. **As the Artistic Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our clients’ visualisation & marketing campaigns, taking the lead on the creative direction while managing project timelines and a team of superstars.** We're looking for someone with a passion for marketing, a keen eye for architectural and visualisation design, and an insatiable hunger to learn and grow with our company.

**Responsibilities**
- You'll be the go-to marketing and communication expert, advising our clients on the artistic direction of their projects
- Keep in touch with the client, making sure their demands are met, maintaining a project timeline, and implementing the marketing strategy throughout every aspect of the project
- Work closely with the operations team and support artistic teams to produce top-notch work, making sure they have all the necessary tools and information to get the job done
- Bring your creative A-game to the table, collaborating with our operational team to conceptualize and execute innovative visual strategies that will blow our clients away
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of the game
- Report on project progress and results to management team

**Requirements**:

- Proactive and passionate, eager to learn every day
- Native proficiency in French and Dutch. Very good knowledge of English
- Previous experience in a client-facing role or account management is a plus
- Methodical and analytical in approach to managing and resourcing multiple diverse projects
- Strong interest in interior design and architecture, with a developed artistic sense
- A positive team player with the ability to provide support, reassurance, motivation, and clear direction internally to project leads, and artists working to tight deadlines
- Clear verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Have a consultative approach, testing and contributing ideas towards process improvement
- Forward-thinking, able to spot future challenges and potential pitfalls
- Ideally have a background in architectural visualization, real estate, architecture, interior design, marketing, or branding
