Het is maar een greep uit de maatschappelijke projecten die iO al realiseerde. Heb jij feeling met **complexe projecten binnen digitalisering in de publieke sector**? Dan ben jij misschien wel de **Senior Program manager **die we zoeken.

De functie van Program Manager is met recht te beschrijven als een cross-functionele rol. Dit vraagt om een mix van sterke skills op het gebied van zakelijk inzicht, leiderschap, projectmanagement, IT-kennis en communicatie.

Jouw hoofddoel is ervoor zorgen dat alle projecten binnen de scope van het programma correct worden opgeleverd met oog op budgetten, een **up-to-date planning én natuurlijk de kwaliteit.**

Je gaat met **multidisciplinaire projectteams** (software developers, architecten, designers, digital marketeers en projectmanagers) aan de slag om die complexe projecten om te zetten in krachtige digitale applicaties, platformen en landschappen. We bouwen aan een moderne dienstverlening van onze klanten én die klaar is voor de toekomst.

Je zorgt zowel intern als bij de klant voor transparantie met overzichtelijke **rapportages**. Dit alles maakt het werk voor de teams makkelijker en verhoogt de kwaliteit naar de klant. Je schakelt moeiteloos met **in
- en externe stakeholders**. Overwint weerstand en krijgt zaken gedaan.

**Een rol met heel wat verantwoordelijkheden. **Van tijd tot tijd halen we de druk wel eens van de ketel met een spontane afterworkparty na de ure of een matchke in onze gameroom tussen twee meetings door. **kennis en leergierigheid zijn de motor van iO**. Wat je meebrengt als Program Manager
- Je hebt +7jaar ervaring in het managen van digitale projecten
- Waarvan +3 jaar ervaring in het leiden van teams
- Ervaring in business transformatie, digitalisering of IT software ontwikkeling is een plus.
- Kennis én ervaring van **A**gile** **en Waterfall **methodologieën** is een must. Heb je ook een certificaat van **Prince2** of **PMP** nog beter
- Je bent een probleemoplosser die diverse teams kan motiveren en proactief communiceert;
- Je komt terecht in een internationale omgeving, dus je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend **Nederlands**, **Frans én **Engels.**
