SAP HCM Consultant (m/w/d) wanted in Belgium with great Home Office possibilities

An international service provider / payroll provider is looking for a SAP HCM Consultant(m/w/d)
- Location: Belgium (Home Office + Office)
- Travelling: up to 30 %
- Salary: up to 55.000 € (depending on experience) + company car + bonus
- Languages: English (C1) and Dutch (C1) or French (C1)

Tasks
- Analysing the client’s needs and converting them into functional analyses and concrete solutions.
- Execution of the payroll processes, including control of the results on the SAP system of the customer
- Taking care of the post-payroll activities with support from the back-office experts
- Advising and supporting the customer on site in case of payroll problems
- Close monitoring of social legislation and its impact on the payroll
- Building a relationship of trust with the customer and being alert for extra HR automation needs

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Belgian payroll and/or (post)payroll processes
- Running SAP processes (payroll and/or (post)payroll processes) is beneficial
- You have solid analytical and communication skills
