IT Performance Expert - Power BI Working within the main hub of the IT department r eporting into senior management we are searching fior an IT Performance Expert with Power BI experience. The role is to ensure IT Performance and Automation is aligned throughout the business including project management. Mission: Accountable for CIO dashboard Is responsible for monitoring the quality, use and performance of the different processes, tools and KPIs (run and build). Is responsible for the continuous improvement of the IT performance framework, including the identification of the automation opportunities.

Accountable for the Portfolio management tool Key responsibility areas Performance framework: Builds and maintains cockpit of the CIO. Acts as a reference in this area Ensures the development of KPI's related to the stability of the roadmap and its successful delivery Ensures the development of KPI's to feed management reports (CIO cockpit, Group reports, ). Sets, follows and recommends performance indicators and dashboards for the IT department in line with IT and sourcing strategy. IT performance includes but not limited to: project delivery indicators, Vulnerability dashboard, Incidents indicators, Service guides indicators, IT internal capacity, Obsolescence, Open Source, Performance reporting Coordinates (collects and ensures quality) data necessary for management reporting and to support decisions through KPIs and metrics.

Reports at all levels of the organization and steers the development of action plan to increase/improve the IT performance Is responsible for generating and managing pre defined, and strictly documented, regularly scheduled reports and production of any ad hoc reports in accordance with the IT needs Helps aligning IT stakeholders with the objectives of the department, and makes them aware of any gaps in their performance. Ensure action plans are defined and followed-up. Automation and continuous improvement Develops and maintains performance related working practices, methods and tools for IT (project delivery, internal capacity reports, etc) Defines reliable methods to verify continuously and automatically the KPIs Suggests and implement automation for the IT performance reports Assess current state, identify requirements, and defines the future state and/or the solution (reporting and tooling). Researches, gathers and synthesizes information for tooling and reportings.
